Nice set. got stung by a bee early in set . Thought about pat's race winner Alan. Heard from his brother that although he was allergic to bee's, he was stung in his last 2 tri.'s and still pulled
through. It only hurt for 4 laps.

Sun Amphibious Base pool (Meters) 200 swim/200 kick/200 pull w/u. Then 10 2oo'salt.I.M.'s and free each 200.Tried a 4min. interval but the h2o was kind of warm so we decided to take as much rest as we wanted. the cool down was 400 anything. Then we did some 25's for stroke evaluation. Pat you missed a really great swim. Amphibious base pool  is totally awesome. That under ground observation tunnel is so much fun. Hours s/s 8 to 8. 3000 meters.
